Privacy Policy

Tracklume is made by Supanat Konprom. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

Your route files

Files you open in Tracklume are copied into the app on your device. They are never uploaded to us. Routes you send to your Apple Watch travel directly between your devices through Apple's Watch Connectivity.

Your location

When you Follow a route, Tracklume uses your location on your device to show where you are on the route and to warn you when you leave it. When you tap Near me in Popular routes, it uses your approximate location, on your device, to list the nearest routes first. Your location is not sent to us or to anyone else. Tracks you record are saved only on your device.

Maps and elevation

To draw maps, your device downloads map tiles directly from Apple Maps and, if you choose a topographic map, from the national mapping agency for that area (swisstopo, IGN France, BKG, basemap.at, PDOK, USGS, IGN EspaƱa or Kartverket). When you add missing elevation, your device downloads elevation tiles from Amazon Web Services' open Terrain Tiles dataset. These services receive the map area requested and your IP address, as with any web request, under their own privacy policies. Tracklume adds no identifier to these requests.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. Tracklume uses RevenueCat to check whether Tracklume Pro is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history; it does not receive your name, email, routes or location.

No tracking, no analytics, no ads

Tracklume has no account, contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

Children

Tracklume is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
